I grew up in northern New Jersey and left in 1993. We moved to Maine and I fell in love with the weather at 13 years old. The Superstorm of '93 captured my passion for weather. Growing up in Kennebunk, Maine during that winter when there were huge storms is something I am forever grateful for. I used to watch NEWS CENTER Maine and see the STORM CENTER snow days. Ever since then I knew I wanted to be a meteorologist on tv.
