America’s best lobster roll

Food and Wine rated The Clam Shack in Kennebunk for having the best lobster roll in the country. How do you feel about that?

I will say I’ve never had a lobster roll on a bun like that before. The lobster was chilled. The butter was light. Should I have gotten it with mayo? What say you?
